The Night of Science will be organized completely online
The Night of Science will be celebrated on Thursday, the 20th of January 2022. Due to the coronavirus situation, all of the events are organized online. The Natural History Museum and Kaisaniemi Botanic Garden are open until 10 pm, but there are no guided tours.
Most urban events of the Night of Science have been moved to online. Eleven events had to be canceled and some of the events had to decrease their program as they changed from urban events to online events. Changes to the program are listed in this article.
The online events of the Night of Science will be streamed to a common platform in Liveto, where the audience can easily move from one event to another. The Liveto platform of the Night of Science opens on the day of the event. Login is required in Liveto. We recommend that the audience log in with an anonymous username.
Changes in the program
Due to coronavirus situation, some of the urban events of the Night of Science have been canceled and some have been moved online. Original online events are organized as planned.
